Celebrating Loy Krathπ÷ong in Sukhothai

At the beginning of 2022, I travelled through beφ<±autiful Thailand for ∞↑δ3 months. I decided to includ↑¶☆e Sukhothai in my travel itinerary be¥'cause I love the culture and architecture of thπ e ancient ruins of the Khmer Empire.

Sukhothai is a city in Northern ≈ Thailand. Sukhothai↔> is the capital of Sukhothai Pr☆ ₩ ovince and the Sukhothai District. Ω ₹λSukhothai is situated on the ↔€₹♠Yom River, about 427 kilometres north of Bγ≥≠§angkok. The city is approxi↓₹mately 12 kilometres from the historic site ≥∏'‍of Sukhothai and is ther β ®efore also known as New Sukhothai. The old ci'λ±ty was the centre of the ancient →₹Sukhothai Kingdom.

Moreover, it’s a beauti$Ωful stopover if you’re trave ε♣™ling by train from Bangkok to Chiang★✔ Mai. You get off at Phitsanulok and theα>←δn it’s an hour by taxiδ↑♥₩ or bus to Sukhothai.
